This project involved the fi tout of the Napier HBS Bank which was rebranded to SBS Bank. Completed in July 2013 the interior was upgraded with an interesting layout and design feactures such as a waiting area that incorporated a schist stone veneer face to a fi replace wall with a stone hearth. Further spaces were made for customer service areas, teller counter, meeting room and individual offices. The welcome desk area incorporated a new curved ceiling bulkhead with a light channel to make it a real feature. Curved feature walls were repeated throughout the project.

In addition to the internal fit-out the exterior cladding was replaced with XpressClad negative detail cladding resulting in a smart looking building located in the Napier CBD.
