At NZ Construction Alliance Ltd (NZCA), we’re proud to stand with our partners, clients, and suppliers in support of Pink Shirt Day, led by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.

On 15 May, we encourage our industry to wear pink and take a visible stand against bullying, harassment, and discrimination. Pink Shirt Day is a reminder that creating safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces starts with everyday actions, speaking up, showing kindness, and looking out for one another. Construction is a people‑driven industry. When we foster cultures built on respect, inclusion, and care, we strengthen not only wellbeing, but also leadership, collaboration, and performance across our worksites and offices. No one stands alone against bullying, and together, even small actions can make a powerful difference.
