With the team transitioning out of the basement phase and into structural cycles, the focus was on lifting operations, a critical risk area that demands constant attention and care.

These proactive sessions are a cornerstone of how Kalmar Construction Limited, ensures every person on site understands the risks, the controls, and their role in keeping themselves and their teammates safe.
