As NZ Construction Alliance Ltd (NZCA) Chair, Leonard Gardner has been closely involved in the journey behind Hamilton’s new BNZ Theatre, a project that reflects what’s possible when strong leadership, perseverance, and a shared commitment to community come together over many years.

Hearing from Leonard alongside Belinda, Mike, and Janice reinforced just how much dedication sits behind what we now see as a world‑class venue. This theatre will not only attract global talent but also create a platform for local performers to shine on the world stage.
