Wellington Mitsubishi wanted its dealership to be a destination for customers and thus undertook a major upgrade in 2010. The sales room was completely rebuilt to create a light-filled showcase for the vehicles. The administration offices that provide customer support were also refitted.  

The rebuild consisted of three consecutive stages that took place while the dealership continued to operate. Maycroft Construction was responsible for the onsite management of the project and undertook considerable planning and coordination to ensure the safety of staff and customers during construction.

For this build, Maycroft Construction:

• demolished a significant part of the existing buildings;

• constructed a new sales room and administration offices;

• built new exterior facades;

• and undertook a complete interior fit-out.

The completed project showcases Wellington Mitsubishi’s stock effortlessly. They are proud of the result and so are we.
