This fit-out was a unique bar/restaurant to top quality standards within the Sky City complex off Federal street. Working closely with Al Brown, Kalmar Interiors delivered this facility within an extremely tight programme.

The works included the bar fit out, installation of a grease trap to the loading dock, structural demolition and modifications, installation of fire rated windows to the entrance to the convention main entrance, installation of commercial kitchen and all other enabling and building services work to complete the project

Finishes were of a very high standard and included blackened oak wall cladding, solid hardwood joinery, Carrara marble stone tops, folded steel cladding and custom built blackened steel display cabinets.

Features included a pizza oven, bar and kitchen extractor hoods,  and full kitchen fitout.
